RAF Tampa Bay Helps Kronos
give Mease Manor Recipients the Royal Treatment
When Kronos Incorporated – a leading global provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions – decided to have their annual sales kickoff conference in Florida, it knew it wanted to do something special for their employees and for the community. So, they reached out to Random Acts of Flowers (RAF) Tampa Bay to partner on a very special delivery.
On October 9th, during the company’s Women’s Leadership Forum at sales kickoff, Kronos employees (a.k.a. “Kronites”) will participate in a floral-design workshop led by Simon Lycett, Florist to the British Royal Family.
Simon created floral designs for the weddings of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles; Prince William and Kate Middleton; as well as many royal occasions, and he is bringing his talent and expertise to Florida for this event. He will guide Kronites in the creation of more than 700 teacup bouquets..
Workshop participants will keep half of the bouquets to take home and enjoy and the other half will be picked up by Random Acts of Flowers volunteers and delivered to residents of the Mease Manor Retirement Community in Dunedin. The extra special across-the-pond, royal touch will be noted on the cards that will accompany each of the more than 300 arrangements!
When Mease Manor representative Lea Richmond heard about the special delivery, she said “We are so honored and grateful to be the recipient of such a heartfelt gift. The residents of Mease Manor always feel so special when they receive a delivery from Random Acts of Flowers, and with this delivery, they will be over the moon! Thank you to Kronos, Simon Lycett, and RAF for thinking of Mease Manor residents.”
